How can I edit a PDF for free without an account?
Open Edit PDF to edit existing text inline, highlight areas, add visible notes, rotate or delete pages, change their order and insert pages from other PDFs. Editing happens in your browser without an account or subscription.
Use the toolEdit PDF→Edit existing PDF text
Choose Edit text to make recognised body text editable as one flowing block. Click a paragraph, type directly, add line breaks with Enter and click outside the green box to save the current edit. Digital PDFs need a readable text layer; scans require OCR.
Highlight part of a page
Choose Highlight and drag across the area you want to mark. The yellow mark is added visibly to the downloaded PDF. It does not change the original text.
Add comments and notes
Type a short comment, choose Add note and click where it belongs. The comment becomes a visible note box in the new PDF.
Organise and combine pages
Use the page list and arrows to reorder pages. Delete or rotate the current page and add another PDF before downloading.
