How can I merge PDFs for free without uploading them?
Select at least two PDFs in Merge PDF, arrange them in the order you want, then choose Create & download. Just PDF Tools combines the pages locally without an account, subscription or watermark.
Check the order first
Files are processed from top to bottom. Use the arrows before creating the result. Pages inside each source file retain their sequence. Open the download and check the first and last page of each source document.
Does merging reduce quality?
The tool copies PDF pages with pdf-lib instead of rasterizing them into images. This avoids a screenshot-style conversion, but the output is a new PDF: its file size and internal structure can change. It is not a promise that every interactive feature will survive.
When should I use something else?
Use a suitable specialist editor for signed PDFs, interactive forms or documents whose bookmarks and attachments must be retained. Encrypted PDFs are not supported. Keep the originals and do not use merging as a way to preserve signature validity.
